1. What happens if I need to cancel my registration for the seminar? (back to top)
100% of your paid registration fee will be refunded if you can't attend and if you notify The Center at least the day before the seminar. Late cancellations will be refunded fully - with no late cancellation fees of any kind.
2. May another person substitute for me? (back to top)
Substitution may be made at any time. If you know prior to the program, please give us a call and we will take care of it for you. Otherwise, just have your substitute let us know when he or she checks in at the registration table the morning of the seminar.

4.I would like to take the class for additional college credit. What do I do? (back to top)
Graduate elective credit is offered through Chapman University in Orange, California for an additional fee of $62.00 (USD). You must attend the entire seminar, as well as complete a final project. There is no need to sign up or pay university fees in advance of the seminar. Full details regarding college credit will be available at the seminar. For additional information on Chapman University credit, please see University Credit Options area on this Web site. College credit also may be available at a local university in your area. Check our Seminar Schedules page to see if such credit is available. You cannot register for college credit for the same course at more than one institution. That is the admin controlled pagethat the license holder will indicate if additional college credit is available.)

Unfortunately, we sometimes do cancel seminars when weather is bad enough that most of the schools near the seminar are closed. If such conditions are present, please call the hotel the morning of the seminar before you leave home. The hotel will be able to confirm whether or not the seminar will be held.
6.May I audiotape or videotape the seminar? (back to top)
No. We are sorry that due to copyright issues we cannot give permission to audiotape or videotape seminars. However, some of our seminars are available on videotape. If you are interested, please visit our Products and Materials page.
7.In the event I need verification of my attendance in order to meet district and/or state requirements…how do I obtain such verification? (back to top)
All attendees will receive a personalized certificate of course completion at the end of the seminar which may be used to verify participation in our seminar.
8.When is my payment due? (back to top)
Before, during, or after the seminar - which ever is easiest on your budget. Unlike any other organization, we offer a "Bill Me" option and bill you after the seminar!
9.Can I register using a purchase order? (back to top)
Yes. You can register with a purchase order.
10.Your brochure states that you take different forms of payment and that you will also bill us… did I understand this correctly? (back to top)
Yes. You can pay by personal or school district check, purchase order, Visa, MasterCard, or we can bill you following the seminar. We are sensitive to the fact that teachers are paid only once monthly.
